January-February 2025
A Jew's wealth is not in houses or money. The eternal Jewish wealth lies in a Jew who observes the Torah and mitzvot, bringing into the world children and grandchildren who also observe the Torah and mitzvot.

Celebration of Didan Notzach
For the Festival of Jewish Books, we held a series of events where participants learned about the history of this important date and received valuable gifts in the form of Jewish books.
At Beit Berlin Lubavitch, we organized a Sunday gathering for children, a Machon meeting, and a youth lesson dedicated to Didan Notzach.
Queen Challah
On January 16, we held another beloved gathering of the "Queen Challah" club under the guidance of Ora Pavlotskaya. This time, more than 30 women joined us to fulfill the mitzvah of separating challah.
The highlight of the evening was women’s karaoke, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. All participants left feeling inspired and had a wonderful time together.
Farbrengen in Honor of 28 Tevet for Machon
We also organize various programs for our participants, and the students of the "Machon" program gathered to celebrate the birthday of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson.
During the meeting, the girls listened to an inspiring lesson, enjoyed a delicious meal, and created beautiful crafts. In total, eight girls joined us for this special event.

Results of the Mivtza at Yeshiva Chabad Berlin!
The Mivtza at our Yeshiva in Berlin has come to an end! Throughout the campaign, the students diligently practiced important Jewish traditions every day: they recited Shema before bed, washed their hands before prayer, gave tzedakah, studied the Rebbe’s letters, and delved into the Maamar “Basi Le-Gani”, as well as reading firsthand accounts from 770 about the early years of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s leadership.
For all their dedication, the participants had the opportunity to enter a raffle with exciting prizes and delicious treats!
But the highlight of the Mivtza was a trip to France!
We spent Shabbat at the largest Yeshiva in Europe, in Brunoy, where the boys explored the vast library, met legendary rabbis, and connected with hundreds of students from around the world.
The group also visited significant locations in Paris related to the Rebbe—places where he studied, prayed, and walked. Additionally, they explored some of the city's most famous landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, and Synagogue No. 17, where four Lubavitcher Rebbes once prayed.
Fraubrengen
Fraubrengen – A Unique Project for Women
Fraubrengen is a special gathering for women, where we come together in a warm and inspiring atmosphere to celebrate significant Jewish dates, connect with one another, learn new things, and uplift our spirits.
This time, our meeting was dedicated to 22 Shevat—the yahrzeit of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson. The evening was filled with deep reflections, warmth, and light.
What did we do?

We began with a Melave Malka – a warm meal following Shabbat.

We made besamim and filled the space with pleasant aromas.

We listened to stories about Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, her strength, and her unwavering dedication.

We started exploring the prayer "Eshet Chayil," learning how the sages define the image of a virtuous woman and why she is considered "more precious than pearls."

Each of us left not only with new knowledge but also with a sense of connection to tradition, wisdom, and the power of Jewish womanhood.
Beit Nochum – A Story That United Hearts
Beit Nochum – A Story That United Hearts
Three years ago, Rabbi Nochum Pressman, the Rebbe’s emissary in Potsdam and the Brandenburg region, passed away. His family did their best to support the community, but over time, the synagogue had to close.
Meanwhile, in Berlin, our Yeshiva was growing, yet often struggled to gather a minyan for Shabbat. That’s when Sam appeared—the tenth man in our minyan, whose presence turned out to be destiny-changing.
One day, Rebbetzin Pressman called Sam, asking for help finding a new place for the furniture from the closed synagogue. And at that moment, it became clear—this furniture had found its new home.
On February 23, in memory of Rabbi Pressman, we inaugurated the “Beit Nochum” synagogue in our Yeshiva together with BP. This is more than just a space—it is a connection between generations, a testament to continuity, and a new chapter in the Jewish life of Berlin.
